Guide Design Build is the better fit
Guide runs entire projects, from the first drawing through to the finished building. It handles the design, the estimate, the contractor and the schedule. CLA does the architecture and engineering within it, so the design and the cost are developed together rather than months apart.
Same team either way. This form reaches CLA only, so a call is the faster route for a Guide project.

We do not offer plan stamping as a standalone service. We take on projects where we can stay involved through construction, because the stamp carries responsibility for what gets built, not only for what is on the page.
If the drawings are not final and the design is still open, we may be able to pick the project up properly. Start over and choose the first option.
