OVERVIEW

Chet Lockard Associates – Architecture, LLC (CLA Architecture) is seeking an experienced Architect Project Manager to lead projects from concept through construction. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, overseeing documentation and construction administration, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who values strong design, practical project management, and contributing to a growing, community-focused firm in Laramie, Wyoming.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This team member is responsible for:

• Lead projects through all phases, from planning and design to construction completion

• Serve as the primary client contact, managing communication, scope, budgets, and schedules

• Coordinate and oversee internal staff, consultants, and contractors

• Review and ensure quality, accuracy, and code compliance of all project documentation

• Manage permitting, bidding, and construction administration activities

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and overall project performance

• Mentor junior staff and support team development

• Contribute to firm operations, growth initiatives, and business development efforts

SALARY

$75,000 - $110,000 annual

SCHEDULE

• Typical 40 hr work week (8 AM - 5 PM) with flexibility of exact in-office hours.

• Monday to Friday

• Occasional evening & weekend commitments if the job position dictates the need

EXPERIENCE

• Revit, ArchiCAD, ArchiCAD or similar: 3 years (required)

• CD production: 5 years (required)
